When you try to change your Old behavioral patterns,
you will feel 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞.
As you try to break out of your old habits,
the 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 would seem unbreakable.
as you keep pushing the 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 will become 𝐬𝐨𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐫 ,
but you will get exhausted.
At this stage, you might have a brief 𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 (𝐅𝐚𝐥𝐬𝐞 𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐨𝐮𝐭),
but you will tend to come back to the old habits(𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞).
That would form an equilibrium (𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧)
you are not willing to give up, but you still feel the resistance.
You are ready now for a real breakthrough (𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐨𝐮𝐭).
𝙋𝙧𝙤 𝙏𝙞𝙥 𝙉𝙤. 1: That doesn’t mean you will keep moving forward from here, you might come back to the old habits, but you will bounce back from there (𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭).
𝙋𝙧𝙤 𝙏𝙞𝙥 𝙉𝙤. 2: You might have a brief plateau (𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧 ) as you will keep adapting to the new lifestyle.
𝙋𝙧𝙤 𝙏𝙞𝙥 𝙉𝙤. 3: The breakthrough of this plateau will start a new change in your life (𝐓𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐝).
𝐏.𝐒. The trend is your friend until the end when it bends. So don’t take it for granted, it needs your attention. Success is a process, not an event!
